Anchor Hocking included the Party Starter Punch Recipes Book in Party Starter and Punch Sets from 1969 thru 1974. In 1975, when Anchor Hocking adopted Orange boxes for EAPC, it switched to the Americana booklet.

The Anchor Hocking Americana Punch Recipes booklet is the successor to the Anchor Hocking Party Starter Punch Recipe Book. It began including Americana booklets in its punch sets in 1975 when it switched to Orange boxes for EAPC in celebration of America's Bounty.
