This small pitcher is the perfect size for milk, syrup, sauce, or gravy – I set it on Coaster or Oatmeal Cake Plate to catch any drips. I’ve also seen people use it as a pencil holder, toothbrush holder, or a small vase. The rim on Milk Pitchers vary. Older Milk Pitchers have a dramatically curvy rim, while newer Milk Pitchers have a straighter rim.
While Anchor Hocking consistently lists this in its catalogs as an 18-ounce pitcher, mine only holds 17 ounces when filled to the rim. Your mileage may vary.
EAPC Milk Pitchers were sold individually, in sets of six, in the Breakfast Set, and the Dessert Set.
