This is the Large EAPC Vase that appears in Anchor Hocking’s catalogs. A similar 8.25″ vase followed a few years later. However, there is some debate as to whether another vase was also created for the EAPC line by Anchor Hocking with Stars and horizontal ribs/bars on alternating panels which is not the same as the Stars and Bars vase. We’re still researching it. In the meantime, this and the Small Vase we know for sure are official Early American Prescut vases.
